Account Project Manager
Own the client relationship and the delivery calendar for a book of accounts — onboarding, the monthly strategy review, and the day-to-day of getting SEO, paid media, web and content to land on time and in the right order. You are the person who knows what every account is waiting on.
This role is based in either our Seattle or our Tampa office — one seat, and you tell us which city. We work month to month, with no long-term contracts, which puts a particular kind of pressure on this seat: the renewal is earned every month and you are closest to whether it will be. That is the best part of the job and the hardest part of it.
What you will own
- Own a book of client accounts end to end: onboarding, the KPIs agreed before launch, and the monthly strategy review.
- Run the delivery calendar across specialists. SEO, paid media, web and content are separate teams, and the sequencing between them is yours.
- Be the client's first call, and answer it before it becomes an escalation.
- Turn what the specialists did into what the client asked for: where the spend went, what it returned, what changed and why.
- Scope changes honestly — flag when a request is outside the agreement, and when it is worth doing anyway.
What we are looking for
- Project management on client work, in an agency or somewhere with the same rhythm of deadlines and stakeholders.
- Enough digital marketing fluency to notice when an answer does not add up. You do not need to run the campaign; you do need to catch it.
- Writing that reduces the number of meetings without reducing the number of updates.
- Composure with an unhappy client. Some months the numbers are down and the call still happens.
- Based in Seattle or Tampa and able to be in that office. This is a hybrid role, not a remote one.
Nice to have
- Hands-on time in Google Ads, GA4 or a CMS — anything that means you have been on the delivery side and not only the coordinating side.
- Several verticals at once. Ours run from home services and legal through to eCommerce, SaaS and healthcare.
- A project tool your team actually kept up to date.
What we offer
- Paid time off and paid holidays.
- Live accounts from week one — no shadowing period measured in quarters.
- Support to earn your Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Blueprint and SEMRush certifications, from a team that already holds them.
- 25+ years of combined digital advertising experience on staff to learn from.
- Everything is fulfilled in-house by our own team, so the specialist you need is on the floor rather than on a ticket.
- Hybrid work from our Seattle or Tampa office — in the room when it helps, remote when it doesn't.
