This page explains how those terms apply to actuatemedia.com and how to exercise your opt-out.
Do We Sell Personal Information?
We do not sell personal information for money. We never have.
However, like most websites, we use third-party advertising and analytics tools — such as Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics — that set cookies and receive limited information about your visit (for example, pages viewed and device identifiers). Under some state laws, this disclosure can be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising," so we treat it as covered by your opt-out rights.
Opt Out: Advertising and Analytics
This site does not show a cookie preference banner. On www.actuatemedia.com, advertising and analytics tags — including Google Tag Manager — load with the page. We do not wait for a click to turn them on.
You can still limit that sharing:

- Use the vendors' own opt-outs — for example Google Ads Settings and the Digital Advertising Alliance.
- Email us as described below. We will record the request against any information we hold.

Include the email address or phone number you have used with us so we can locate any information we hold. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask the agent for proof of your written permission.
