Open position
Digital Marketing Specialist
Manage paid digital advertising platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and client reporting. Attention to detail and time management matter more than a long résumé — previous digital marketing experience is a plus, but hunger to learn is the requirement.
What you will own
- Day-to-day management of paid advertising accounts — builds, budgets, and optimization, with a specialist beside you.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager setup and upkeep — the tracking every report depends on.
- Monthly client reporting: where the spend went, what it returned, and what changed.
- Flagging what isn't working before the client has to ask.
What we are looking for
- Attention to detail. One mistagged conversion makes a month of reporting worthless, and catching that is the job.
- Time management across several accounts at once.
- Hunger to learn — that matters more here than any line on a résumé.
- Comfort being early in your career: this is a learning seat on real accounts, not a senior role.
- Commutable to our Seattle office. This is a hybrid role, not a remote one.
Nice to have
- Previous digital marketing experience — a plus, not a requirement.
- A Google Ads or Microsoft Ads certification already in hand.
- Hands-on time in Google Analytics or Tag Manager.
What we offer
- Paid time off and paid holidays.
- Live accounts from week one — no shadowing period measured in quarters.
- Support to earn your Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Blueprint and SEMRush certifications, from a team that already holds them.
- 25+ years of combined digital advertising experience on staff to learn from.
- Hybrid work from our Seattle office — in the room when it helps, remote when it doesn't.
